Problem

#6433 added image rendering to chat markdown, but file previews still resolve relative image paths from the project root. Images work by coincidence in a root README.md, while nested files such as docs/README.md look for assets in the wrong directory.

The web renderer has a few related problems:

image dimensions and alignment are not preserved reliably. High-density review buttons can render at their source size instead of their requested display size, covering the case described in fix(web): keep review badges at their display size #8314.
Windows drive paths can be stripped before image resolution.
SVG fragments such as icon.svg#logo disappear when T3 replaces the source with a signed asset URL.
Copying a workspace image can capture the temporary signed URL instead of its original markdown.

Fix

File previews now resolve relative images from the directory containing the markdown document.

The web markdown renderer now:

preserves Windows image paths through sanitization
retains SVG fragments on signed asset URLs
copies the authored markdown in loading, success, and failure states
honors authored width and height while keeping images proportional and bounded
follows authored alignment and keeps inline images on the text baseline

This PR is web-only.

These pics come from #7857. Web is unchanged by the branch split.
